Slorp is an AI-powered application that enables users to:

Explore a variety of personalities and emotional tones
Experience companionship and social interaction driven by artificial intelligence
There is no fixed narrative or theme; your experience is guided by your interactions.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:

Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
By using Slorp, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Account and User Responsibility
Some features require account creation. You agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of this Agreement.
4. AI Character Interactions
All conversations are powered by artificial intelligence. You understand that:
AI characters are fictional and not human
The content they generate may be imaginative, unpredictable, or occasionally inaccurate
The App is for entertainment and exploration, not for professional or real-life advice
Please use discretion when interpreting or reacting to AI-generated responses.
5. User Conduct Rules
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or harmful activity
Harass, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the AI system
Share or request violent, hateful, or explicit content
Violate the rights of others or interfere with the App’s functioning
Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans.
6. Privacy and Data
We collect minimal data to support functionality and enhance user experience, including:
Your interactions with characters
Selected preferences and usage patterns
Technical information like device type and app version

7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including designs, characters, and software, is owned or licensed by the Slorp team. You may not:

We may update the App or this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees that:
The App will be error-free or always available
AI responses will be appropriate, accurate, or beneficial
You understand and accept the experimental nature of AI conversation.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Emotional distress caused by AI responses
Loss of data or usage interruptions
Any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the App
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
